This service is for you if you are:
What was the situation before your appointment?
"Before my appointment, I felt frustrated and stuck in a cycle of going round in circles with the NHS. I didn’t feel listened to, particularly in relation to my women’s health concerns, and it left me unsure about how to move forward."
What stood out during the consultation?
"What stood out most was how kind and attentive the GP was. I was given the time and space to fully explain my situation without feeling rushed or dismissed, which made a huge difference compared to my previous experiences."
How did it make you feel?
"It made me feel genuinely heard and more in control of my healthcare. I often feel anxious in medical appointments and struggle to communicate everything I want to say, but I didn’t experience that here. I felt comfortable, understood, and supported throughout."
What changed for you afterwards?
"After the appointment, I felt much more confident in understanding my condition. I came away with clear next steps and a plan I could follow, which made me feel empowered to start making real changes to improve my symptoms."
The first phase will be open to a small group of existing Hertility customers and as we expand, access will open to more women whose results or symptoms suggest GP-led care could be valuable and provide meaningful outcomes.
Each phase is shaped by our world-class team of clinicians and experts focused on improving the quality of lives for those navigating hormonal and reproductive health.
We anticipate a full rollout to all existing users by Summer 2026
