Hertility Health Discount Code Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

• This discount code ("CODE") entitles the user to 10% off a Hormone and Fertility Test purchased from Hertilityhealth.com.
• The Code is available for use by individuals aged 18 and over, residing in the UK or Ireland.
  

Code Usage:

• The Code is SWEATYBETTY10 and must be entered at checkout to receive the 10% discount.
• The Code can only be used once per customer
• The Code is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or valid with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  

Validity Period:

• The Code is valid from 26/08/24 to 05/09/24. After this period, the Code will expire and cannot be used.
• Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM BST on 05/09/24, to qualify for the discount.
  

Exclusions

• The discount applies only to the hormone and fertility test. The Code does not apply to any other products, including but not limited to gift cards, additional services, and shipping.
• The Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts.
• This Code can only be made on purchases dispatched to United Kingdom and Ireland
  

Returns and Refunds

• If you return the hormone and fertility test purchased using the Code, the 10% discount will be deducted from any refund due.
• We can only offer refunds for Hormone and Fertility test orders placed within 30 days of the refund request. Please note that orders that have already been dispatched are eligible for a partial refund only which is the amount you paid minus the £25 cost of the fulfilment fee.
• The Code cannot be reissued or reused if an order is cancelled or the item is returned.

Modifications and Termination

• Hertility Health reserves the right to modify or cancel the Code and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of misuse or fraudulent activity, Hertility Health reserves the right to refuse the discount or cancel the order.
  

Technical Issues

• Hertility Health is not responsible for technical issues that may prevent the Code from being applied at checkout.
• Customers experiencing issues with the Code should contact Hertility Health customer service before the expiration date.
  

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  

Acceptance of Terms:

• By using the Code, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
